Days Gone By utilizes a vigorous application and interview process which allows us to employ a unique and dedicated staff. Our employees are challenged to offer the very best care, education and interactions to all children and families each day. All teachers are certified in Early Childhood Education and are highly qualified individuals. They are required to be certified in CPR and First Aid, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Reduction and Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) Reduction trainings.
