As a Level IV trauma and Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) designated hospital, Granite Falls Health offers superior local inpatient, outpatient, emergency care, ambulance and specialty services such as surgery, radiology, mammography, obstetrics, home health, skilled nursing care center, independent senior living and hospice care to people in our surrounding community.
We are a Medicare-certified, skilled long-term care facility with a full range of rehabilitation services. Granite Ridge offers independent senior living with 24-hour emergency response service. This personalized care is coordinated within our facility along with patient education.
Our onsite clinic offers walk – in appointments and access to Avera specialty outreach services in Endocrinology, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, and Podiatry. Our list of outreach services also includes Cardiology, Behavioral Health and Ear, Nose, and Throat services.
