Todd-Wadena Community Corrections operates under a Joint Powers Agreement between Todd and Wadena Counties. Our mission statement is, “Safer communities, every day, through evidence-based practices.” Our agency provides supervision of adult and juvenile probationers and supervised releasees as well as investigative report writing for the Courts and Department of Corrections. We also provide programming in the areas of juvenile diversion, Sentencing to Service, Pre-Trial Supervision, Sex Offender Treatment, Domestic Abuse Education, Female-Specific programming, and a variety of other programming aimed at reducing recidivism. Todd-Wadena Community Corrections maintains offices in Long Prairie, Staples, and Wadena.
