Perham Health is a health system headquartered in Perham, MN. We are a regional provider of quality healthcare focusing on patient and family-centred care. Since the hospital's founding in 1902, Perham Health has remained committed to three core principles: healing, health, and hospitality.
In 2012, Perham Health completed construction of a state-of-the-art, 25-bed critical access hospital equipped with two operating suites, an endoscopy suite, and advanced equipment. Facility features include a family birth center, general imaging, 3D mammography, ultrasound, a 64-slice CT, MRI, Echo, DEXA scan, nuclear radiology, laboratory, durable medical equipment, therapy center, and pharmacy. Perham Health operates clinics in Ottertail, Perham and New York Mills, The Perham Health system also includes a 98-bed skilled nursing facility, memory care assisted living suites, home care service, adult day services, acute-care rehabilitation, and senior housing. Perham Health employs 650 people.
Perham Health includes 10 family medicine physicians, three of which provide obstetric care, one internal medicine physician/pediatrician, two surgeons, one psychologist, three chiropractors, and eight advanced practice practitioners.
