Homecrest Outdoor Living located in Wadena, MN is looking for a Controller who will have primary responsibility for accurate and timely preparation of the company's accounting records and financial statements, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting team. To thrive in this role you must be detail oriented, organized and analytical. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan, direct and coordinate the accounting team and all accounting functions - Perform and complete the month-end close and financial statement preparation - Provide management reports and recommendations - Coordination of annual budgeting and planning process QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 5 years manufacturing accounting experience - Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting - Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills - Strong communicator, both written and verbal To apply email resume to hr@homecrest.com An Equal Opportunity Employer.
